Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and booking coaching sessions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Coaching Services
RPC Coaching provides professional life coaching services intended to support personal growth, clarity, and goal achievement. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
Session Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system or by direct inquiry. Saturday sessions require at least two weeks advance notice and are available by request only. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline booking requests at our discretion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Please use your booking confirmation to manage changes.
Payment
Session fees are communicated at the time of booking. Sliding scale options and session packages may be available. Payment terms for each booking will be clearly stated before confirmation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to participate honestly and openly in sessions, treat the coach with respect, and arrive on time. The coaching relationship is a partnership, and meaningful progress requires mutual commitment.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Our full confidentiality practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
RPC Coaching is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application or interpretation of coaching advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Coaching results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
